Martin Luther King Jr.: Social Insanity

At a press conference held on December 4, 1967, to announce his Poor People's Campaign, Martin Luther King Jr. warns of the explosive situation caused by the bitterness and despair of a population living in poverty and challenges the federal government to address this injustice. King and the SCLC were planning the Poor People's March on Washington when he was assasinated in April 1968.
