Georgia Tech "Rat Hat"

Worn by GSHOF inductee Douglas "Buddy" Fowlkes, the standout track and field hurdler in the early 1960s at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Georgia Tech freshmen, who were nicknamed "rats," traditionally wore such hats.
