In 2005 Altamaha Tech and Yancey Bros. Company, the oldest Caterpillar dealer in the country, established a heavy-equipment service-technician program. Though Yancey now partners with South Georgia Technical College in a degree program, Coastal Pines Tech students still have regular opportunities for job training with Yancey.
