Bobbin Lace Display by Betty Kemp is part of Georgia's State Art Collection. According to Kemp, "The bobbin lace display was made especially for the Crafts Program's Towing art exhibition, Indigenous Craftsmen of Georgia. It was framed to preserve the work and to make viewing easier." Fiber (lace), 19 x 25 inches
